Graham Hanks, FNP

Graham joined Westgate Family Physicians in July of 2026. She is originally from Spartanburg and is excited to be serving the Spartanburg community. Graham received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from South University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has experience working in urgent care, wound care, and long term care. Outside of caring for patients at Westgate Family Physicians, Graham enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
