Daniel Meetze, MD
Daniel Meetze, MD grew up in Gaffney, SC in a strong Christian family accepting Christ as a child. He had a God-given desire to become a physician since first grade. He graduated Gaffney High then Furman University and completed medical school at the Medial University of South Carolina in Charleston. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine training and fellowship in Geriatrics at Wake Forest University/Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. He moved to Spartanburg in 2001 where he has worked in both geriatric specialty clinics and long term care/subacute rehab facilities.
He is married with 2 children. He serves in various capacities at his local church and participates in medical mission trips to needy areas around the world. He enjoys time with family, hiking in the mountains, exercising, and antiquing.
